Can I remove some at the lower part of my cheekbone for a sharper look and bigger hollow cheek

I think you are saying the lowest part of the zygo is the most projecting, so we cant take it awaycheekbones are forward projecting which is what creates the hollow look in the first place. By removing cheekbone mass you'd just take that away
