Just the bottom eyes shape. It’s PCT but not exactly in a straight line. It is horizontal and then towards the end only it angles up.

No cope, I have neutral tilt 32mm pfl. But I have slight sceral show. It’s a better starting point than negative tilt, I hope

High pfl so you don't even need hunter eyes lol. Just fix the scleral show. I think what taban does for it is almond eye surgery but I'm not qualified to answer really.

if you want a really big change you need orbital rim implants plus almond eye im getting a complete overhaul also

but yeah in general remove uee minimize upper eyelid exposure and tighten lids and remove nct if you have it will improve anyones eyes
