U dont really need to eat it, but if u really want, then u should get high quality meat.

Check in with butchers, its cheaper aswell

Yeah I've been eating raw organs raw meat and drinking raw milk for months now and just recently got a blood source
Never got sick besides 1 time I got food poisoning from consuming non organic supermarket eggs (retarded ik)
Just make sure you get everything from a high quality source like a butcher and your raw milk and eggs from a local farm
It's life changing, really.

Try and find online a local farm. Wild animals are especially good. If it's a low fat beef or lamb it's most likely safe to eat raw from supermarket but organs and fat should only come from well raised animals
