Currently 19 years old, average height (5.9-5.10) and my dad is 6ft, I admit to have fucked up my development during puberty, I didn't play sports and the lack of vitamin C was brutal (I know it because I have thin wrists: usually a sign that someone didn't properly develop)

Could I still have a late growth spurt lets say between 19 and 25 if I exercise daily and stay out in the sun for a significant amount of time?

I need to cope rn pls 😢

I am afraid it's over for you in height. Good luck, soldier.

im in the same situation, was supposed to be 6-6'1 based on parent heights, ended up a weak 5'10. Not much you can do at 19 unless you're extremely luck and the 1% that actually grows after 19. I grew .5" last spring at 18 and my facial hair (beard) came in, and that was the last growth surge I had. Mine was due to health issues as an infant though, I got 0 sleep for like two years and that fucked up my development. maybe buy some elevators like me

like 99% of people stop growing between 16-18, very low chance u still have growth left

No one can tell you a definitive answer. It depends on your body. Only a doctor can answer you.

You will always be a 5'10" manlet, start getting used to it.

You “can” grow but you won’t. Being in the sun at 20 won’t do shit for height.

You can, it’s unlikely, however. Question, have you grown recently? Like a significant amount, not 0.5 inches in the last 2 years. Also, what’s the height of your mom? Maybe that’ll better explain your stature in comparison to your dad.

You still grow until 21. But your jaw etc stops after 18. But you will definetly still grow a little.
