Can I still reverse the damage from mouth breathing at 15 by nose breathing + HGH

I was a hard mouth breather my entire life because of some nose issues but k just found out how brutal mouth breathing is for your facial development

Just got HGH + im gonna start nose breathing and trying to mew, can this help reverse the damage done at 15 or is most of my facial development done already

Don't have a pic of my gonial angle from 15, but my jaw was pretty shit back then, but not ultra recessed. I was also much leaner, my eye area, cheekbones, etc all grew early 16-mid 16?

Yea I have that also and my paslte is still giga narrow. But if you have a straight nose with good breathing thru it then it's probably not narrow. And also if your lower jaw is narrow then upper needs to be narrow aswell

Yes then you have a narrow palate, no one has bigger sinuses. But if you have narrow palate the sinuses will have more space. It's same with to big turbinates some people say. No it's just that in proportion to you nasal cavities(because of narrow palate) the turbinates appear bigger and makes your nose stuffy

Yes palate expanders can be good, but it can also make you assymetric Al because the force is the same on both sides, and most of the time one side is weaker and will expand more
