im 19 and basically ive been very underweight my whole life (im 188cm 57kg rn which i know is insane) that means ive been malnourished and i had several deficiencies such as vitamin d3 deficiency for example, it got better now. i started dietmaxxing and taking vitamin d3+k2 magnesium and zinc a while ago, also im a late bloomer, my growth spurt was at 16/17 can i still save myself?

Surgery exists. You can always save yourself, even if it's by a little.

Of course you can

I was in a similar position, I was around 184cm 56kg at 18/19 before I started the gym. Currently 69kg while decently shredded. It will take work, but you can still improve.

I also had a Vit D deficiency and a late growth spurt lmao, you sound like me.

i look 15 at 19 and my face looks undeveloped, i still have a voice of a teenager i had a brutal high pitched voice till i was like 16. i think i cooked myself so hard by starving myself during puberty. does anyone else struggle with this

You shouldn't have starved yourself
You'll face muscle loss if you starve youself for a long period of time, and I'm speaking from experience

There's still hope as gym is always available,so eat well and follow a disciplined schedule, exercise and get shredded
That would be enough,I think

update: turned 20, i bulked to 70kg/154 lbs since making this post and still keep going, started hitting the gym and made some progress already, checked my vitamine levels and they are good
my body doesnt have the look of an auschwitz child anymore but im still skinny and scrawny obviously
im going to check my testosterone levels because i have very low dimorphism, im looking to pin if its low, im already doing all the natural boosting (diet supplements and sleep)
literally yesterday i got asked if i still attend high school because i look so young

How about just hitting the gym regularly and eating good for a year, see where that takes you? Before jumping the gun and wanting to blast test at 20, for God's sake.

yes definitely, but i feel like i need pharmacology at this point, and i want to take proper action instead of waiting

Patience young one, you're just 20 years old.
bloodwork results came in and im at 600ng/dl test which is higher than i expected
still at 20 with pretty much fused growth plates im boneless with 0 dimorphism and recessed because of genetics (mom is severely recessed)
so the only thing left for me is surgery
moral of the story is, in puberty:
- eat, dont go on a calorie deficit
- hit the gym instead of being in front of your pc 24/7

Eat, clean, don't overdo it. Caloric deficit is not bad as long as you're not depriving yourself of essential foods during puberty : proteins, reasonable amount of carbs and healthy fats... Basically don't starve when you're growing.

Hit the gym instead of being in front of the computer : yes that is also true but I would say any physical activity/exercise is a viable option.
It's not just that exercise is important for optimizing your growth ; it also allows you to practice your social skills early in your formative years and not wasting them as a shutin.

Still you're 20 years and steps ahead of the game son. I wish I had these resources (looksmaxxing..) back when I was your age, my life might have taken a different turn. As much as I've "failed" many steps of looksmaxxing when I was younger I just can't live in regret forever. That's why despite all of this I chose to hit the gym and follow a healthy diet.

Real moral of the story is, it's never too late and you should never dwell on the past. Godpseed to you.
