im 19 and basically ive been very underweight my whole life (im 188cm 57kg rn which i know is insane) that means ive been malnourished and i had several deficiencies such as vitamin d3 deficiency for example, it got better now. i started dietmaxxing and taking vitamin d3+k2 magnesium and zinc a while ago, also im a late bloomer, my growth spurt was at 16/17 can i still save myself?

Surgery exists. You can always save yourself, even if it's by a little.

Of course you can

I was in a similar position, I was around 184cm 56kg at 18/19 before I started the gym. Currently 69kg while decently shredded. It will take work, but you can still improve.

I also had a Vit D deficiency and a late growth spurt lmao, you sound like me.

i look 15 at 19 and my face looks undeveloped, i still have a voice of a teenager i had a brutal high pitched voice till i was like 16. i think i cooked myself so hard by starving myself during puberty. does anyone else struggle with this

You shouldn't have starved yourself
You'll face muscle loss if you starve youself for a long period of time, and I'm speaking from experience

There's still hope as gym is always available,so eat well and follow a disciplined schedule, exercise and get shredded
That would be enough,I think
