recommended dose for men is 400-420 if u take 400 just from magnesium supplements ur leaving no room for any magnesium u can get from ur diet etc

ill say u only need 200mgs before bed as the magnesium would improve sleep quality asw thats what i do and i alr get my magnesium needs from my diet

Alr this won't affect sleep right?
magnesium actually helps improve sleep quality by boosting GABA and melatonin it will make ur sleep quality better hence why magnesium is good for muscle growth asw

Just take 200 Ana ur diet fills the rest, max 300 if your diet is weird

What is the purpose of consuming magnesium? I never see any benefits, it tastes metallic and I use to eat 50mg but saw no benefits so let me Know thanks.

are u taking it as an electrolyte in the morning? if ur not sweating alot then no benefit from taking two pills

50mg is too less to see any benefits. It's commonly used for muscle relaxation n sleep. 200-400mgs are benefiticial
