Can I take a 20mg Accutane every 48 hours

Cause I can’t split it into 2 10mg pills to take each day cause of the oil inside, can I just take a 20mg every 48 hours instead

Not that easy, it affects the absorption by splitting it, and then buy taking it every 48 hours it changes the exposure pattern.

You can but it may cause slightly higher peaks and more fluctuation. Get a 10mg pill next time and take it ED.
