Isotretinoin if properly dosed isn't harmful at all, 5ARIs even less.

"I need DHT for muscle and bone tissue!" -> DHT only marginally affects bone tissue, with finasteride you don't have that risk, look at the twin study.

"I'll get an erectile dysfunction!" -> Once bald you won't use your dick anyway, also fearmongering.

what for ? I’m not really well-versed on drugs but I’m on accutane and I didn’t need to take anything with it because all of its side effects are short term . Baldness / thin hair will eventually turn normal and if it stays the same then you would’ve turned bald anyways even if you didn’t take accutane

I'm on accutane for 3 weeks taking 20 mg a day for now and im considering taking DHT Blockers. if fin is so dangerous while im on accutane can i take saw palmetto instead? Also im 18 Male
