Can i take low dose accutane 20mg with tretinoin?

bout near 100 days of accutane but i doubt my derm is gonna up my dose tbh, i have 2 tubes of tretonoin 0.05 that i used to use but i just stopped

wondering if should incorporate this tret with accutane since its a low dose

doubt ill get hypervitaminosis A but just need some input
