Can I use accutane while I'm using Triluma cream

I don't have acne rn just extremely oily ass skin because it's extremely humid where I live and it makes me oily af
Also my nose can benefit a lot from accutane as there's so much oil glands in here.

If yes then what dose would you recommend?
