Like I'm gonna be cycling that shit 3 months on 3 months off ofc I have enough brain cells. But it was said that long term use can develop exogenous ochronosis, how long does it take for it to develop or will it even develop if I use it like this?

Typically 5 years but there has been some case being in 3 months

I'm thinking of doing it like 3 months of triluma once per year during winters. How's this approach?
And using tretinoin 0.05 and azelaic 20% for rest of the months

You most likely wont get any negative sides from it
