you’re 14 just eat a lil bit less and exercise more

If its a one time thing it wont really have a significant effect on growth but if it develops into an eating disorder or a regular thing for you then it 100% will stunt ur growth. I was sp to be 6'3-6'4 but had an eating disorder for a year and I'm hardstuck 6'1.
