tbh i wouldn't spend a dime on something that i can obtain by just squinting
but to respond to the question, most likely yes since you're giving more support to your eye making it less droopy

Infraorbital implant mainly addresses hollow undereyes and also improves lower eyelid a bit. Canthoplasty is mainly used to straighten eyelids so you’d see better results from it
