I am almost 17 and since 14 I was training at the gym.
With 15 I went like 5-6 times per week to the gym and got bigger but with also fat.
I cutted, did cardio, ate less junk food and got a bit leaner a a bit thinner.
Also I slept most of the time, when I was 15 a couple of minths often just 4- maybe 5 hours, had stress and strong acne.
I have clearer skin now and am not so fat and don’t have so much musclemass.
I don’t have so much stress now.
Should I go lower with muscletraining an do mire Cardio
Will it be better for my puberty??
