It depends on if the material in question was produced, or just accessed by said individual. If it was just material that someone simply accessed then there probably be no trouble. If it was produced then there would be a world of trouble.

Of course. They'd probably disappear into a black jail for anywhere from a few weeks to a year. Their friends/family would have no idea what happened to them, and wouldn't recieve any confirmation on whether or not they'd even been detained. No phone calls or embassy visits in the black jails.
