Can Lefort 1 /only forward movement causes your nose to rotate ?

Basically the title.

I just need more forward maxilla/chin. My nose is straight (slightly pointing down) I like it, works for me. Can only forward movement causes it to rotate? I am scared I'm going to regret it after surgery.

yeah pretty much, and a better upperlip/mouth area

Yes it makes your nose project better making it more straight, also your lips or mouth area in general will protrude more.
