First a slight Introduction I am 18 years old and have always had a resewed Jaw grew up poor (bad diet during development) and I'm quite tall (6'2 some might not consider as tall) I have always been quite skinny and have terrible posture I am extremely recessed and still am, my protocol just helped me make significant improvement not completed fix my recession that wont really be possible without surgery.
1 Year ago 2 1/2 months ago (start of protocol) Current
!Disclaimer you might think middle photo looks a tad bit better that is mainly due to in current photo I am on acutance and also very bloated also there is different lighting!
1. Forward motion chewing
a) First option is training yourself to chew forward with food and meals this is somewhat hard to get into but constantly doing this is very good for improvement along with mastic gum (not a promo) chewing hard gum in forward motion 30mins-1h a day can be extremely beneficial
b) Training masseter muscles? it is very brutal if you are recessed because masseter muscles is a situation where the rich get richer and poor get poorer people who have a "perfect jaw" or very good jaw will likely improve and grow more from this (Reference photo below) however if you are recessed (like me) you likely have bad set masseter muscles or not properly set ones, first clench jaw feel if your main bump of muscle is close to jaw area this is a good sign you have good insertions if you have high set masters chewing with molars is a bad idea.

2. Mouthguard +Jutting
a) Some of you might have seen my reference photos and instantly maid claims about "jutting" and "frauding" and rightfully so and to answer your questions yes, I was somewhat frauding however not really, I started jutting daily (with help of mouthguard at night to) this paired with chewing helps influence jaw rotation and the appearance of a more defined ramus and forward growth. Over time jaw adapts and forces forward making what was jutting your natural bite heavily improving underbite and slight recession.
b) sleeping with mouthguard can helps (very slight but good) during development or adolescents but older guys like me won't do much with maxilla however is extremely good for fixing bite and stopping teeth grinding (wearing out jaw muscles) I recommend getting a 2 sided mouth guard and leaving in at night the same one referenced in video I highly recommend you watch even though it goes against some of my claims myself and many others who have tried have noticed real results.
c) References: This video goes against some of my claims however it's important to see both sides ()
d) there is also a method where you have your mouthguard and use it to hard chew in the jutting motion this also helps with masseters and forward growth.
3. Posture
a) Posture is a huge part of forward growth I have always had terrible posture and a lot of skinny guys or tall guys will have bad posture some simple fixes for this are posture trainers about 10-20$/14£ you can buy amazon and online and they do help a bit also doing pushups and back training will help
b) Doing chin tucks and neck curls help a lot and I have noticed a huge difference (tutorial videos linked below) also its good to stretch neck before and after exercises to reduce risk of strain and injury.

d) I also recommend special neck pillow you can get one for about $25/£18 online I got mine off TikTok show and it genuinely helped a lot with my posture and it is quite comfy to be honest
4. Peptides and steroids?
a) I am personally not taking anything atm so I can't really give advice I don't think it's right because I have not experience however it is rumored that test and hgh dose grow jaw so if you are interested you can look into that.
b) peps for weightless? yes, if you take peptides to lose weight your jaw will appear more defined this is WATER (for Newgen water-water is wet meaning it's obvious)
5. Diet
a. Last but not least diet one of the most important factors now most of my course is not to focused on bone growth however during development its very important to have good nutrition form bone growth following diet plan listed below, when eating in a calorie deficit you will have a more defined jaw and maybe even get "hallow cheeks" however men's face stops developing gin early 20's so when it may look good now to be very lean you are missing out on crucial bone growth in development I'm not saying bulk up a lot but its good to give your body proper nutrition to grow.
b. listed is good diet plan and a cheeky sneak peek into grocery haul (I usually get raw milk)
6. Honorable Mentions:
Few things I dint really dig into too much is mouth taping mewing ect. def good things to try but most of you guys already know about that so that is why they are in HM.
7. Overall big changes:
a) below you can see the big differences highlighted not only was my jaw changed but midface and nose also slightly change overtime, and face looks slightly less recessed I hope to continue to improve more over time however I will never even have close to a perfect jaw without surgery
!ATTENTION!
Just wanted to mention this is one of my first big information post here on org and some of the things I mention may not be 100% accurate or scientifically correct just stating my personal knowledge through research and trial, simply trying to share knowledge to help others and I hope you guys enjoyed this post!
