Can moustache help with long philtrum?

I have ~0.97 midface ratio, because of my philtrum which is 1.7mm long. This, combined with ~1.73 FWHR makes me look like a hybrid of man and horse. Can Stalintype moustache make my midface appear more compact?

Yeah growing a beard made my midface look shorter but I think you have to have thick facial hair to make it work

Thats the problem because even though i am 18 i have nearly 0 facial hair, but I am pretty sure its fixable

A chevron moustache to cover the upper lip should do it, but only 5% of men can pull that off

Imo if ur 18 and you don’t have facial hair then increasing DHT might be the only solution. I don’t think minox or anything else works tbh, I’ve seen results but nothing great or long term.

minoxidil might help enough for you to grow something decent
