can MSE fix paranasal hollowing?

i thought it would expand the dental arch so bone surrounding the teeth would move in place and resolve the hollowness problem.

hollowness look ugly it makes my face look like pancake from side when i make angry expression.

altho this is all soft tissue problem so i dont think its the answer for it

i don't think so in my case. my midface looks kinda flat compared to my lower maxilla when i make an angry expression.

Thats cuz the soft tissue becomes tighter forming a bigger appearence from the side.

the upper dental arch can be expanded horizontally and the new position of the expanded bone/teeth will fix the hollowness. might move the hollow points further but outside of the nose though idk
