Can one Arimidex pill cause excessive hair shedding for the next week ?

I’m on a cycle rn of 250 test I’ve been one for almost 2 months no shedding noticed until now and 3 days ago I took 0.5 arimidex cause my estrogen was 99 (my test is 2500) I wasn’t planning on it but my nipples started to get puffy and also I am taking 0.5 oral liquid dutasteride to I didn’t get my dht checked but I will be next week

After my first dose of Arimidex I only took one pill btw 0.5 mg the new few days I got excessive shedding all over when I get out the shower or just simply run my hands through my hair and I’m only 18 to so I don’t belive I was balding or atleast not to that extent i would have noticed the shedding

It says it can drop 50-70% estrogen and also why I think it could be Arimidex is I didn’t notice the shedding before yk
