Can one clean bulk (diet of Prettyboy from BTOB) while also debloating face?

Can I do it and would it even work? I looked at a recent pic of me at 14 yo and my jaw was fucking crazy holy shit almost pure hollow cheek, now the thing is I'm tall and lanky as shit so I'd like to put on some mass, but also debloat the face from shit diet (I've been eating lot of sweets in the past year, plus salty shit, sandwiches, high carb stuff through snacks, junk food etc). Question is, is it possible?
