Can orthodontic gear cause deformity?

I don't understand if my jaw shape is "natural" or maybe a deformity caused by orthodontic gears.
They made me use a palatal expander and a headgear when i was a kid.
The teeth are ok but i have no chin and small jaw.
The only sure thing is that girls have zero attraction for me, and i generally get disrespected. People assume that i am weak because of my jaw. Probably because jaw and chin are instinctually recognized as a mark of masculinity and strenght.
Everything about my body is fine, except the jaw, and yet that's fucking it all up.

well the headgear pulls your face backwards so yeah it probably caused the lengthening along with poor tongue posture. I dont really understand why they would expand your palate while pulling back your face though.

Yeah, the one I was wearing on my newest vid can probably with too much force. That's why I'm making an updated version with a better puller.
