Can prominent cheekbones give you an Asian appearance?

South East Asians have prominent cheekbones. But many people here want to enlarge their zygos; wouldn't that, combined with hunter eyes, make you look Asian and thus ethnic?

Thing is, Asian cheekbones tends to be round and bulbous, whereas ideal cheekbones tend to be the total opposite: sharp.
