Can PUFAs create health problems even after you stop eating them?

Apparently, yeah. So you're suppose to go slow or eat stuff that will absorb that shit outta ur gut like muh carrot salad. But then carrots have beta carrotenes which apparently fucks up your thyroid so you're back at square one all over again. Ray peat is bullshit tbh, it prioritizes thyroid and low cortisol at the expense of just about everything else.
Just avoid processed oils.

I don't follow ray peat. I switched to carbs because eating fat as fuel is impractical and doesn't make me feel as good. Also, quality fat such as beef fat is hard to find consistently. Chicken fat, pork fat, eggs... I react negatively to them probably because of what they feed the animals with.

Do you know which foods specifically will help absorb the oils?

yes if you get fat from pufas yes it will still cause health problems untill you lose the weight

so if you gain 40 pounds from PUFAs then in order for you to stop the health problems you need to lose 40 pounds to get rid of that fat cause its stored in your body contaminating your entire organs

Bad news for me. Probably most of my fat is from oils. Do you think aggressive removal is better or slow and safe?

Monounsaturated fats (found in olive oil, walnuts, salmon, avocado) are one of the nutrients with ~50+ years of research backing how good it is for your heart.

Polyunsaturated fatty acids found in oils like canola, safflower, sunflower can cause heart issues and inflammation.
PUFA's may even cause premature alzheimer and memory issues!

So there is a huge, huge difference in what kind of vegetable oils you eat for example. The latter contain an imbalanced amount of Omega 6 oils compared to Omega 3's.

The monounsaturated fatty oils (MUFA's) (found in olive oil, salmon, trout etc) contain a perfect balance of Omega 3's and 6's but are much, much more expensive.

Can take up to 4 years to become pufa deplete when eating very low amounts <4g daily. This is the safest way as it happens via glucuronidation.

However, you can quicken the process and then it might take 1 - 3 month by doing near zero fat diet and cardio, as during cardio the body is forced to liberate fatty acids and pufas mainly get released under any stress.

Take DNP to get to 0% bodyfat and never eat PUFAS again. mitrocondrial uncoupling is the safest and fastest way of releasing PUFA. Aspirin and thyroid also work similarly

Carrot salad doesnt have enough beta carotene as ray recommends washing the carrot first and removing the skin which reduces a lot of betac content

Well it can take years for the detox of pufas stored in your body fat tissue

would white carrots do the same? turnips I believe they are called. they are carrots but without any white carotene
