If that's your goal, Ramieri is the worst choice lol. It's true, that he is very credible and has low/no botch rates, but he is also know to be on the conservative side, when it comes to big movements.
If you have minimal to no recession/bite issues and are doing this for PURELY cosmetic reason, your best bet would be Raffaini (like I said), Fernando Antonini, or Carlos Chrzanowski from Brazil.

Nigga, where did I state, that all she got was a trimax? She obviously had rhino and some other soft tissue work (fillers etc.).
I'm just saying that if you have that type of money, why choose Ramieri instead of Raffaini, especially considering that this guy is not really deformed/recessed in any way.

I'm genuinely surprised a human being can even be recessed by that much tbh. Nowadays you see a ton of people getting 2cm+ total movement. But I guess some people absolutely need it, since you can go to Reddit and see severe class 2s looking obviously underadvanced even with 15mm at pog

It's a bit misleading because I went through lower decompensation. I was supposed to go LJS only so they set back my lower incisors as much as possible. I was not originally this recessed. But I decided to go to Ramieri for double so now with CCW rotation + bsso + genio the movement ends up being very large advancement. I'm also getting implate. Scheduled for mid july, will see what happens.
