Maxilla is the upper jaw, its not a recessed jawline its a recessed chin your talking about. This is because both parts of the jaw arent developed. The jaw is literally like almost half your facial bones. My mandible and jaw muscles arent undeveloped at all, the issue is my chin and maxilla. Bimax fixes both of these.

Raffaini for example does do bimaxes on patients that do have sleep apnea but he is very conservative with his movements.

Yeah true. I have something similiar to foid I sent though. I think shes same pheno as me (baltid), she seemed to get decent movement, and her moderate sfs was fixed. My front is very fucking decent like hers, but my side is utermensch.
