Can Rhino reduce nose height by a few mms?

Midface ratio is fine and philtrum quite short. Need 2-4mms of shortening for perfect facial thirds. Is this achievable through rhino? Not asking for a drastic decrease like 5mm+

Do not want an upturned nose though.

I think only if your nose is downturned. Even slight straightening would likely help
