"I've been reading about Semax and Selank, and I want an evidence-based opinion on them. Can they genuinely improve learning, memory, focus, and overall cognitive performance in a healthy person, or is the hype bigger than the evidence? I'm considering trying a cycle if the benefits are meaningful because my goal is to learn faster, become more productive, earn more money, and eventually afford the best cosmetic surgeries. Based on the strongest available research, are they worth it, what benefits can I realistically expect, and what are the risks?"

close to no risks with benefits that are better achieved with different drugs. Ritalin (methyphenidate) and dexamphetamines are better in the context of getting work done and being stimulatory (who would have guessed).

Semax might also increase bdnf in which dihexa is best at increasing. I don't think the bdnf increase was statistically significant in rat studies so taking semax for bdnf is kinda pointless.

this isn't going to make you go from 70-130 iq. Nothing will. It will just mean that you will be more motivated to do work and thus help with focus which will help with learning.

What does this even mean.

it being adhd doesn't matter, people with adhd have a deficit and use these to fill that deficit and thus intergrate with society. You don't need to have adhd to see benefit from adhd drugs, or any drug for that matter.

Mine arrived from www.deltirion.eu last week
