I'm 171cm and i weight 71-72 kg , im not literally fat but i got a belly and ive got told im what its called "skinny fat" , i really hate it and i want to lose weight but i struggle with motivation and i get thoughts where i tell myself im gonna start tmrw and i js never do because my brain tells me like it js wont ever get better, i want to attract girls or atleast make it easier for me to talk to them, i just wnat to look better so i dont become a complete loser till im 20, what can i genuinely do? i know cardio and gym gym gym but idk, anything else besides that please?
