Go to the bathroom, take off your clothes, and look in the mirror. I'd say for 90% of the population(unless you live in the suburbs and never had to carry stuff bc you drive around) you will find one side of your shoulder is higher than the other.
The narrower side will have the shoulder learn more forward with the deltoid closer to the mirror. This rotation can lead to tendons of your bicep, and some rotator cuff tendons to be stuck between bones, rubbing them and causing inflammation.
I've tried over the years to fix it. Watching shit like this. Using exercise bands. They dont help.
Has anyone have experience with this? Help!
