How to wear shoulder pads right?

I noticed that my frame is very avverage and id be happy if i get a subtle change to above avverage with +0.5cm im planning to get shoulder pads but how can i wear them without anyone noticing i always wear tshirts and dress shirts with thin material so i was wondering what i can do to make it very unnoticable. when someone touches or huggs me that they dont feel the pads also i want to have them stick to my shirt so i can take off my shirt and lose that subtle change but get the six pack halo so it doesnt matter. Any tipps?

i dont have a bad narrow frame but if theres a way to get a slight improvement with no one noticing why not also at 17 im not planning to blast roids, i will see my ex in one week after 6months i need to look my best

it should be a slight improvement like the diffrence of a nice fitting and bad fitting tshirt or good hair day vs mid hair day

wear two inch height boosters and 1 inch shoes and also theres really no point of wearing shoulder pads just do some lateral raises for a pump

shoulder pads are almost always notieable, not worth unless ur an absolute framelet and wearing an outer layer to cover up

if you want an wider frame and dont want to blast roids then you dont need an wider frame
