Can sleeping on back cause more symmetry on the face?

If you're really young yes, but after the point that ur bones stop growing, then it won't actually fix anything. I wouldn't recommend doing it if ur goal was solely to fix assymetry

To some extent yeah, also you don’t rub your face against your bacteria Infested pillow. If you want an easier way to sleep on your back make a box out of 2 pillow and put your head in the ,,box”

My goal is just to fix assymetry with sleeping on my back. So it would work and gow long would it take?
