I've heard implants absorb the fat around and look oddly sticking out of the skin. Can I not expand my lips laterally via surgery? How often would I have to get fillers? Can I get them lifelong without complications?@zekeyzee here you go :

Mouth can't be expanded laterally. So the only way to harmonize your mouth to nose ratio is by making the nose narrower with a rhinoplasty, including an alar plasty.
Jaw angle implants are a crapshoot. Most of the time, they underdeliver or make one look bloated/blocky. It's hard to get them right and the revision/removal rate is high. Fillers (Radiesse, Juvederm Volux) are probably a better treatment in a case like yours.
