So far we have

Infra-Orbital Implants
Supra orbital implants
Z plasty
Lower lid retraction
Fat graft
Cantoplasty
Cantopexy
Blepharoplasty
orbital decompression
Almond eye surgery
Ptosis correction
Botox to lower eyebrows

Since it’s easy to mess up and be uncanny, how do you know what you need exactly? And if your goal is possible or not?

Infra 100%

Canto I am thinking on it

But Ptosis? Why would it help? I heard it’s more risky and hit or miss

So you need both implants and tissue to fix NCT and have deep set eyes?
yes, implants alone typically don't fix nct. but canthoplasty and infraorbital implants will. infraorbital implants only enhance the infraorbital rim area, while canthoplasty adjusts the outer corner of the eyelid to create an upward tilt.

So NCT is really a big issue for eye area and not a meme, Actually?

It’s rare to have a decent eye area with it, or there are examples like sclera halo zurzolo and Christensen?

I’ve seen many that though, with implants alone managed to get atleast and average and decent eye area, hooded

yes nct is a major flaw and it's always better to not have it

So you think that:

Supra
Infra
Canto

Should be enough to ascend my eye area?

Zygos with malar and bfr (all you can do tbh)

Meanwhile jaw… wraparound vs genio + angels? Surgeon advices against doing jaw implants at younger age

The thing is: if you get infra, getting malar combined is a good idea and cheaper.

But at the same time, ok or narrow lower third with good eyes and zygos idk if it’s the best idea

infra and cantho are more than enough in your case, but i'm not opposed to supra

Wouldn’t Supra help in getting getter browridge, projection and less UEE?

Also the eyebrows lowered and less spacing between eyes and eyebrows itself

yeah supra is a good idea. i didn't take your eyebrows into account.

The thing is: the malar implant is cheaper combined with infra and effective. BFR on top can help getting ogee curve as well.

Since the surgeon itself said: it’s too young for the jaw implant and angle ones. Meanwhile genio could be ok as it’s bone.

Would it be dumb or a good idea to inject filler on bone for 2-3 years?

This is current jaw atm.

Like fix eyes and zygos 100% and then finish lower third

i don't know, i'm not an expert on jaws, but i've never been a fan of fillers because implants are permanent compared to them. but i don't think you need genio, you don't look recessed

Idk. Because it would be a good idea on its own?
