like there's long and short insertions for the arms, lats and calves, they also exist for the shoulders.

this means the surface area of the shoulder is much larger than usual which also means it takes longer for it to look big, but when it does it looks way bigger than people who have short insertions, and the capacity of it in terms of size is way higher.

kinobody for example has very short shoulders, this causes them to look fuller much easier, but it also means they look rather small compared to his head, no amount of chemicals will change this either.

there's limited space on your arms though, so when you have longer shoulders you tend to have shorter arm insertions.

hence why arnold had great arms, he had plenty of space for it because his shoulders were short, you rarely see anyone that has both good shoulders and good arms.
