Can someone just fix my diet for me I think my cortisol levels have been fucked up big time by my "diet" (starvemaxxing) and consequently I've been getting like 4-5 hours of sleep a day and it's starting to fuck with me. I'm too retarded to come up with meal prep and shit on my own and I don't care about eating the same thing every day but if someone can just give me a solid 1,500-1,700 calorie a day breakfast lunch and dinner that would be great thanks
