Filipino, but I have no epicanthic folds, my skin is light yellow/light olive, I need to bleach my skin and undergo rhinoplasty and lip reduction.

Have you considered dying your hair lighter? I have brown hair naturally, but dyed it black once and I instantly felt like an arab.
