can someone give me a good ppl/ul split that includes core?

I’ve looked at many ppl/ul splits and none of them include a core workout, im just starting out and I need help.

weighted decline bench crunches, rope cable crunches or hanging leg raises/tucks with back support. form is super important here because its easy to shift tension on hip flexors so be careful.

do them same as any other muscle (4-8 sets per week to failure) and don't fall for the upper/lower abs bullshit. you won't be able to target regions. if you don't see them its either genetic or you're just too fat to see them.

Doesnt matter as long as every muscle group is hit 2 times a week, dont train legs at all it's cope
 
just add core exercises to something like leg or lower days. you dont need to be hitler following the splits that are online, do what works for you.
