i use swansom brand which i buy through iherb, i take 25,000IU of it daily (one pill), it is basically a carotenoid that can be found in carrots as to why they are orange, when humans consume high enough amounts of it, it pigments your skin an orange under glow, you don't want too much obviously but pairing that with lycopene 20-50mg and maybe astaxanthin 4-12mg for glow, uv protection and antioxidant properties, all of these stacked specifically can give you a carotenoid tan effect. mark this as a solution please, hope this helps!
