Train your neck, get on a good sleep SCHEDULE. It’s better to go to sleep at 2 am every night that 1 am then 9pm and then 11. Protect your circadian rhythm. Use azelaic acid and / or vitamin c serum on face and neck. One in the morning, one in the evening. Not both at the same time, super irritating and the serums can cancel each other out.
