I need a wider neck.

I’m already trying to do hard mewing and trying to swallow correctly but I think a wider neck will help me be perceived as stronger and it can maybe help with my posture.


Is they’re anything I should know about Neck training before I start.
 
Also any diet will help as well

not. you have to eat a banana once 30 minutes and drink raw milk every 45 minutes. you'd also have to wake up in the night every 45 minutes to do this if you really want to see some changes.

WTF is it with normies and regimens? As if some nigger is gonna telll you the optimal neck excercise, theres nothing new to find abt ts just ask chatgpt or do NECK EXCERCISES you coper

Buy a 10lbs plate . Simple curls and static holds. 2 of each a week

neck curls, neck extensions, do them same as other exercises but choose a higher rep range (because it's easier to get injury than other exercises), like 10-15 reps, 2-3 sets per workout, 2-3 times a week. Get close to failure
Wide neck without traps doesn't look good tho. And traps without shoulders look bad. And shoulders without arms look bad. You get my point. Just get bigger.

Neck curl and reverse neck curl using cable with rope attachment and a bench at the gym
