Can someone create me a diet plan to follow, i’m tired of being fat (can it be something that i can make in a day and store it for other days) (and i’m around 185cm, 102kg and 15)

Chicken and pasta, thats all you need really. Eat around 1500 calories per day.

Oats with chia seeds is good breakfast (dont eat cereal) the best meat for weight loss is chicken and the best foods to kill cravings are rice cakes and popcorn (homemade) its also about calories in vs out so work out and eat in a calorie deficit eat things nutrient dense and cut out processed bs
