Can someone identify what kind of Jaw surgery (DJS/Bimax/Lefort) has been performed on this subject and where this INSANE result originated from?

I have a pretty similar base and am considering surgery, funds are not a problem. If someone knows about this, please respond, even if you are reading this in the future (till 10 years after this post; am planning one this year, but can get a second one if something can be improved).

Idk about the amount of advancement
In the pictures you posted, he possibly had fillers, i could be wrong about this though

I did think about it but wouldn't wanna have this botched. I researched daniel perez and maxillo chirelli(forgot the surname)

If brazil is good tho, then how is turkey, I have heard no bad things about Erol canisz, not planning on anyone else if I'm gonna go for turkey.

you can get botched in Italy you're fucked legally and aesthetically regardless of the country anyway you won't win when it comes to botches

I am basically trying to go to someone with less number of botched cases or edited before/ after results.

After researching, mainly on reddit, came to the conclusion that, excluding US, ramieri is the safest choice, especially for men.

please do inform me about what you think, it'd be a big help if I can save some money and have equal good, if not better results.

Ram is good but ur gonna be waiting 3 months for a consult and there are other surgeons that can do what he does for cheaper or better

bimax is literally repositioning bones according to an operationalised plan - it doesn't require an artist just someone competent enough to do movement and rotation

rhinoplasty on the other hand is an art form

Ramieri is a safe bet if you wanna go with him for sure do it - I just thought you were part of the echo chamber that thinks he's the only surgeon you should consider

What do you think about Erol cansiz in turkey or alternative countries like brazil ( Perez, chirarelli), Columbia ( alvaro rodriguez, john osorio), or some University affiliated Hospitals which are not that famous?
Heard about someone in mexico that trained under US surgeons and is cheap, can't remember his name.

Please do tell me about any other (safe) surgeon that comes to your mind, i can have a revision if I get botched(If i go to a risky surgeon that is; one i could consider is alfaro, his results on cases with short faces esp short lower thirds, like mine, are great; do tell me if i should give the "risky" ones a chance) but that would have to wait after the first surgery, so wanna play safe.
