A lot of the diet guides here contradict each other so I want to know which one is actually the most optimal and gave good results

I thought this guide (https://looksmax.org/threads/how-epigenetics-determines-how-attractive-you-will-be.258998/) was the best but @Vista was proving a lot of OP's points wrong, so I'm not sure abt this one anymore

I'm interested in doing the Aajonus Vonderplanitz diet but it's too extreme for me rn although i'll probably try it later.

i would share my workout plan but ive spent $350 on consults with eppley so i cant give to it for free

i take 8 supps in the morning, 2 before the gym and 5 at night

but bread is poisen i dont touch it, manmade garbage i eat a natural hunter gatherer diet

I am making a diet guide atm, in short, eat a strict paleo diet (excluding dairy), so no bread, flour, pasta, soft drinks, chocolate, etc.

"If a caveman didn't have it, don't eat it"

Aim to eat 85% of your calories from protein/ fat, make sure you get all of your micronutrients (use chronometer to track your micro/ macro nutrient intake). Eat liver/ organ meat (its high in protein and vitamins), lean meats, fish, mushrooms, Broccoli (high in vitamin k, which is pretty rare).

Avoid supplements, they are a cope and if you need to take them it means that your diet is dogshit. Also avoid fruits/ honey, for they are extremley high in sugar and often have very limited vitamins.

Try to cook your meat extra rare, this preserves ammino acids.

Many would disagree would this diet but I’ll trust you. Does this diet increase lifespan too?

Yes, this is the diet hunter gathers had, couple this with good exercise/ lifestyle and you can expect to live into your 90's

"Cross-culturally Hunter Gatherers had an adaptive Life span of 68-79years"

If people from thousands of years ago lived to 80, without medical technology, you could expect to live into your late 90's or early 100's
