idk i dont think you need any surgery for slaying other than hairline lowering
you could get surgeries for modelling or something but
after a certain psl the surgery many/result ratio becomes worse

Nose breathed, tongue posture good and chewed from both sides I'm imagining? Upper face has good phenotype and your genetic pre-potential was good I imagine as well. Maximise on the body now and stop looking at your lips. Your neck could be thicker. A thicker neck would really suit your face.
