can someone please give me a good 5 day lifting split?

no, i understand, but that would be 3/6 days a week. i only need 5x a week. my current split is 4x a week, but i want to increase
 
upper lower and day 5 should be for weak points of the physique. If you are a new lifter ( cant identify weak points yet) focus on upper chest, shoulder width, and lat width on the 5th day

Push Pull Legs is the best split cause you never need a rest day.

What I meant in my earlier comment is to just do Push Pull Legs over and over. After your rest day just do whatever the next one is.

Also, if you do that you should do upper abs on push days and lower abs on leg day and rest abs on pull day.

are you on roids? Cause this bro split isn't optimal for natties. protein synthesis in the muscle for natties only lasts around 2-3 days.

Thanks yeah I was planning on using the upper/lower to hit weak points

Worst routine ever
Not even close, it's simple and has given many people great results. What other novice program would you recommend him?

nSuns 5 day > anything else. download the app, very convenient
 
If you're beginner (6 months is still beginner) do SL 5x5, Starting Strength, or Greyskull LP (/fit/ variation). Just supplement volume work where you need it. Lift heavy to get big, once you hit 1/2/3/4 (1pl8 OHP 2pl8 Bench 3pl8 Squat 4pl8 Deadlift) you can switch to something like PHUL or PPL to do more hypertrophy work. (If you do hypertrophy before developing strength base, you will look like full dyel mode)

I usually do back and biceps, chest and triceps, shoulders legs, and repeat. Also on any given day I will do lighter and higher number of reps on the muscles I’m not using in between the high intensity reps.
