Thanks yeah I was planning on using the upper/lower to hit weak pointsupper lower and day 5 should be for weak points of the physique. If you are a new lifter ( cant identify weak points yet) focus on upper chest, shoulder width, and lat width on the 5th day

I usually do back and biceps, chest and triceps, shoulders legs, and repeat. Also on any given day I will do lighter and higher number of reps on the muscles I’m not using in between the high intensity reps.title thanks. i have access to gym
