You can do all the research in the world about this topic, but you really need to experiment with different products, nutrition, supplements, and topicals because everyone's skin is a bit different and your enviroment and UV exposure also factors into it as well.
Generally speaking however- 70% of skin apperance and "health" is down to what you're putting into your body, rather than what you're putting on that top layer of skin. Keep that in mind.
